Appointments
Counselling appointments are reserved for a specific time. Please contact Zoechea as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule are handled based on availability and the notice provided. Zoechea may help move an appointment where reasonable and practical.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on whether the appointment has been confirmed, cancelled with reasonable notice, or already delivered. Completed counselling sessions are not refundable.
Missed sessions
If a client misses a confirmed appointment without notice, the session may be treated as used because the time was held for that client.
