At Zoechea Wellbeing Centre, we aim to ensure that our clients feel fully supported and satisfied with our services. To maintain clarity and fairness, the following refund policy applies:
Clients are eligible to request a refund after attending a maximum of three (3) sessions.
The refund request must be submitted before the fourth session. Once the fourth session has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
After attending the third session, clients are no longer eligible for any refunds. However, clients may reschedule or pause their remaining sessions and take them at any future date, as per their convenience, without any additional charge.
Refunds will be calculated based on the original session price (before any discounts were applied).
The original price per session will be deducted for each session attended, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
If a discount was applied at the time of payment, it will not affect the price deduction for the sessions attended. The original (non-discounted) rate will be used to determine the amount to be deducted for each session attended.
To request a refund, clients must contact us in writing or via email before the fourth session.
Once the refund request is approved, the calculated refund amount will be processed and returned within 14 working days.
